Was on FB when a post on P1 reg sends me checking Lionel's schoolbag. He has been given a form on P1 reg for 2014 intake. I have been wondering when the school would give out this form as I remembered it was given sometime between March & April last year.
This is phase 1 eligibility. Rachel would be attending P1 next year & I intend to register her in the same school where Lionel is currently studying now.
There are 2 sides of the form to complete, to be submitted together with copies of the child's birthcert, immunization cert & both parent's IC. Latest submission by 12 April 2013.
